Advice for Road Runners: The adidas Women's Supernova Rise 2 Running Shoes offer a supportive feel for everyday runs. The second edition features an updated upper.

Underfoot Feel

The adidas Supernova Rise 2 Running Shoes feature Dreamstrike foam. This is a soft, yet energetic foam. Overall, the midsole should feel very cushioned, but it sits on the responsive end of the cushioning spectrum.

Some of this responsiveness is down the Support Rod system in the midsole. This firmer foam material mirrors your foot anatomy to aid stability and smooth out transitions.

Upper Fit

Even though the upper of the adidas Supernova Rise 2 Running Shoes is new, the last is the same as the previous version.

The changes include a new engineered sandwich mesh, softened eyestay, and updated mesh collar lining. Finally, an upgraded cushioned heel pad is designed to offer even more comfort.

Ideal Run Type

The adidas Women's Supernova Rise 2 Running Shoes offer protection and support for your everyday miles.

The supportive midsole will suit runners seeking a stable ride.

Sizing Advice

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
