Advice for Road Runners: The adidas Women's Supernova Solution 2 Running Shoes feature an updated upper. The midsole construction is the same as the previous edition.

Underfoot Feel

Inspired by adidas' most resilient foam - LIGHTSTRIKE PRO - Dreamstrike foam should feel protective and energetic underfoot.

You should find that the adidas Supernova Solution 2 Running Shoes feel very stable underfoot. This is because of the Stability Support Rod system. The denser EVA structure, that mirrors your foot anatomy, actively reduces greater ranges of pronation.

As the Stability Support Rod system isn't one solid structure, the midsole should adapt to your foot strike and feel very natural to run on.

Upper Fit

Even though the upper of the adidas Supernova Solution 2 Running Shoes is new, the last is the same as the previous version.

The changes include a new engineered sandwich mesh, softened eyestay, and updated mesh collar lining. Finally, an upgraded cushioned heel pad is designed to offer even more comfort.

Ideal Run Type

The adidas Women's Supernova Solution 2 Running Shoes are suited to everyday runs and long distances.

The supportive midsole is likely to work for runners who prefer a stable underfoot ride.

Sizing Advice

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
